Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made on ohmyquest.com for our New York adventures (private online quest plus personalized PDF).

1. What you are buying

OhMyQuest sells personalized family treasure hunts. Unless we say otherwise on the product page, each purchase includes a private online quest page (step-by-step prompts in the browser) and a downloadable PDF booklet. Content, add-ons, and bundled kits may vary by product and are described at checkout.

2. Price and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the site. Applicable taxes are handled at checkout through our payment provider when required. Optional add-ons (for example an extra route) are priced separately and only charged if you select them.

3. Order and payment

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We use Stripe to process cards. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate personalization details so we can generate your quest and deliver access.

4. Delivery and access

After checkout, we generate your materials. You typically receive an email with a link to your private quest page and instructions to download your PDF. Timing can vary slightly with traffic or personalization volume, but access is usually available shortly after payment. If something is delayed, use the contact form or reply to your purchase email.

5. Digital content and right of withdrawal

Where applicable law grants a right to cancel a distance contract, please note that our product is digital. That right may no longer apply once you have requested or started using the service (for example by opening your private quest link or downloading the PDF), in line with exceptions for digital content. Our human refund approach is described in the refund policy.

6. License and acceptable use

Purchased materials are for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the quest text, artwork, or PDF commercially. You may not probe or attack our systems, scrape other customers' sessions, or misuse shared links.

7. Outdoor activity and safety

Quests take place outdoors in public parks. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for children's safety, supervision, and compliance with park rules and local laws. OhMyQuest does not provide childcare, medical advice, or guarantees about weather, crowds, or park closures.

8. Support

For product questions, access issues, or billing help, reach us through the contact page. We aim to respond as quickly as we can during business hours.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you place an order, unless we notify you of material changes required by law.
