Refund policy
We want your family to enjoy the adventure. Here is how refunds work for our personalized online quest and PDF.
Plain-language promise
If your kid does not have fun, reply to the email you received after purchase (or write us through the contact page with your order details). We will treat that as a refund request and work with you in good faith. This mirrors what we say on the product page because we mean it.
What qualifies
- You made a good-faith attempt to play the quest or use the PDF and it was not a fit for your family
- We failed to deliver access (quest link or PDF instructions) after a completed payment
- A clear technical defect on our side prevented you from using what you paid for
We may ask for a short description of what went wrong so we can improve the product. That helps us more than it helps a spreadsheet.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe when possible. Banks and card networks can take several business days to show the credit on your statement.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. If a stronger rule applies by law, that rule wins.
Chargebacks
If you open a payment dispute before contacting us, we may still help, but resolving the issue together by email is almost always faster and kinder for everyone. Please reach out first whenever you can.
Add-ons
Optional add-ons purchased in the same checkout follow the same spirit: if an add-on did not work as described and we cannot fix it quickly, we will refund that portion.
